Pumpkin Bread(Makes 25 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin, drained
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, salad oil, water and pumpkin in order given. Sift together the dry ingredients and mix well in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to the liquid a little at a time.
Pour into 6 or 7 well greased Number 2 cans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
