Ingredients

3 or 4 c. rhubarb, diced
water
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (your choice flavor)
1 small can pineapple
Preparation

Dice rhubarb; add a little water.
Cook until done.
While still hot, add Jell-O.
Stir in 1 small can crushed pineapple.
