Lizzie'S Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 pkg. Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Use scissors to cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Roll each piece of biscuit in cinnamon-sugar mixture and put into a 10-inch tube pan. Melt margarine in a small saucepan. Add brown sugar and boil. Pour over biscuits. Sprinkle remaining sugar on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool and pull apart and enjoy!!
