Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. raw zucchini, grated and drained
    3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well; stir in grated zucchini.
    Sift flour with salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add to egg mixture and blend well.
    Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake in a preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
