Orange-Cinnamon Carrot Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. each salt and cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. orange and lemon rind
    8 carrots, cut in strips
Preparation
    Boil the orange juice, sugar, oil, rind, salt and cinnamon. Add carrots; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or just until carrots are crisp-tender, turning carrots occasionally. Chill. Keeps up to 3 days.
