Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugars together until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients to batter and mix well.
Roll into small balls, then roll in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2-inches apart and press down with the sugared bottom of a glass.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
