Gator Tators - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    garlic salt
    Creole seasoning
    butter
    Italian dressing
Preparation
    Use butter and Italian dressing for saute.
    Cover the bottom of nonstick skillet generously with melted butter.
    Slice potatoes thin in the skillet and saute.
    Cover potatoes with Cajun/Creole seasoning and garlic salt.
    Place lid over skillet and continue to cook on medium until all potatoes begin to blacken.
    Make sure you stir often placing every slice on bottom.
    Add garlic salt throughout cooking.
    Should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
