Bundles Of Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, quartered
    2 large sweet potatoes, halved lengthwise
    1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
    some salt
    some pepper
    4 slices pineapple
Preparation
    Place each quarter chicken and half sweet potato in center of square of heavy-duty foil.
    Spread softened butter over each serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with pineapple slice. Fold torn edges of foil together in tight double fold on top of food.
    Fold ends up, using tight double fold.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Serve in opened packages. Serves 4.
