Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the eggs, sugars and oil.
    Add vanilla and zucchini. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 large loaves or 6 small loaves.
