Graham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers (chocolate)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    coconut, shredded
Preparation
    Grind crackers in food processor.
    In a mixing bowl stir with a wooden spoon the softened butter with the powdered sugar for 1 minute until soft.
    Mix the ground crackers with the butter mixture and egg.
    Spread coconut all over a sheet of wax paper. Roll the mixture into balls and then roll into coconut until the ball is fully covered.
    Refrigerate for better taste.
