Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsalted margarine, softened
    1/4 c. reduced calorie margarine, softened
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 large egg, at room temperature
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, sifted and divided
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, at medium-high speed, beat margarines until creamy.
    Gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and salt; beat until blended.
    On low speed, a little at a time, mix in all but 1 tablespoon of the flour until just combined.
    Divide dough into 4 equal parts and wrap each piece in plastic wrap.
    Place in freezer 1 hour or in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours or until well chilled.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
