Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed banana
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream the shortening and sugar together. Beat eggs and add in.
    Blend bananas into mixture.
    Mix flour and baking powder together. Add into mixture.
    Stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan or 2 pound coffee can for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool, slice and enjoy.
