Garden Harvest - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ears fresh corn
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Cut corn from cobs.
    Place corn in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add onion and green pepper.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave High 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except tomato.
    Cover and microwave at High, 7 to 8 minutes, stirring once.
    Add tomato.
    Cover and microwave at High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Yields 4 servings.
