Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 slightly beaten egg whites
1 c. mashed banana
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
nonstick spray coating
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a large bowl, stir together egg whites, banana, sugar and oil.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until moistened.
