Ingredients

2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (4 oz.) pkg. serving size vanilla instant pudding mix
Preparation

Mix flour with baking soda; set aside.
Cream butter, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat until creamy and smooth.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in chips and nuts.
(Batter will be stiff.) Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Yield:
Approximately 7 dozen.
