Spiced Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
    Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
    Add sugar and oil; beat until creamy. Add vanilla.
    Add zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring until mixed.
    Batter will be thin.
    Spoon into 2 or 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing from pans.
