English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 pkg. quick rise dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, soda and salt. Heat 2 cups milk and 1/2 cup water. Add to dry mixture and stir. Add 3 more cups flour. Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle with corn meal. Divide dough into the 2 loaf pans. Let dough rise approximately 45 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
