Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. raw zucchini, sliced thin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg)
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all
ingredients
in
a large bowl.
Stir well. Pour into unbaked
pie
crust
and top with crust, if desired. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
