Sugar Pie Crust Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 scant tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. softened butter
    4 Tbsp. half and half
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and cut in butter.
    Add beaten eggs, half and half and vanilla.
    Chill dough at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
    Knead dough with mixture of 1 part sugar and 1 part flour until not sticky.
    Roll thin and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes until lightly browned.
    Allow to cool.
    Ice and decorate as desired.
