Red, White And Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. broccoli flowerets (2 bunches)
2 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets (1 head)
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion and tomatoes.
Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables and toss.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Salad will keep for several days.
Serves 6 to 8.
