Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients including sugar into bowl.
    Make a well in dry ingredients and add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix together until smooth.
    Divide batter into 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Cool, then wrap in foil or plastic.
    Keep one day before slicing.
