Mom'S Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add 2 cups sugar.
    Mix flour and 1 cup sugar into butter, then mix all together and pour into pie shells.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is browned.
