Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/3 c. Bisquick
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with a fork.
    Beat vigorously 1 minute. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Run knife around sides and remove from pan.
    Grease bottom of pan.
    Makes 1 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf.
