Pie Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. wate
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with water in a bowl until fluffy.
    Add cream of tartar, beating until stiff peaks form.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
    Spread over pie, sealing edge. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
