1/2 c. rolled oats, regular or quick
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. (2 stick) butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place rolled oats in blender of food processor and process until finely ground.
Combine ground oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
