Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large boneless chicken breasts
olive oil
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
garlic salt
Preparation

Melt butter; sprinkle with garlic salt.
Dip chicken in mixture.
Mix crumbs with cheese and roll chicken in it.
Put into buttered dish; dot with butter, oil and garlic salt.
(Drizzle oil on very slowly, using teaspoon.)
Bake, covered with foil, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Turn and put more butter on each breast (use 1 thin pat, cut into thirds for each piece).
Cover and bake 15 minutes more.
Uncover; bake 15 minutes more, or until browns nicely.
Serves 4.
