Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together and sift.
    Add pecans and stir to coat.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and add to flour mixture.
    Pour into 3 (1 pound) coffee cans that have been well-greased and floured.
    Fill cans half full.
    Bake 2 hours or until tested done in a 250\u00b0 oven.
