Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. or 4 small zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. Bisquick or 1 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan, Romano, etc.)
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
pepper to taste
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden.
Serve warm.
