Country Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch pieces
2 c. peeled and sliced carrots, 1/2 long
2 c. sliced celery
1 large onion
2 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. fine tapioca
5 oz. can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients together in 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours, covered with foil.
No peeking while cooking.
