Lemon-Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. shredded lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 (10 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar.
    Beat in egg, lemon peel, lemon juice and water.
    Stir together flour, salt and baking soda.
    Stir into creamed mixture.
    Stir in square semi-sweet chocolate, grated (1/3 cup).
