Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes, cooked and put through sieve
2 bunches celery, grind
8 onions, grind
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 lb. oleo
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour.
Mix with enough tomato juice to pour.
Heat remaining tomato juice and add flour and sugar mixture, melted oleo, celery and onions.
Cook 15 minutes.
Put into sterilized jars and process 3 hours.
