Country Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes, diced
1 onion
1/4 c. oil or bacon grease
1 head cabbage, cut up
1 can corned beef
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute potatoes and onions in oil in a large skillet.
Add cabbage and beef.
Cover tightly and simmer until cabbage is tender.
Season and serve.
Great with hot cornbread.
Makes a complete one dish meal.
