White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. quick dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 2/3 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water.
    Stir in 2 2/3 cups warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, oil and 5 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Turn dough onto floured board.
    Knead until smooth and elastic about 10 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl; let rise about 1 hour.
    Punch down dough.
    Divide in half; roll each half into rectangle, 18 x 9 inches.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and place in bread pan.
    Let rise to double in bulk.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Brush with butter and cool.
