Sauerkraut With Spareribs And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 lb. spareribs
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place spareribs in bottom of 3-quart pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water.
    Place sauerkraut on top of ribs, sprinkle 2 to 3 teaspoons brown sugar on top of sauerkraut.
    Cook approximately 30 minutes; reduce pressure.
