Stir-Fry Venison Supper With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. venison
    2 chopped onions
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can mushroom soup (for gravy)
Preparation
    Melt butter in cast-iron frying pan.
    Add all remaining ingredients and stir-fry on fast heat until desired doneness. Remove all ingredients.
    Add mushroom soup to pan drippings and heat through to make gravy.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
