Cream Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
3 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. orange extract

Preparation

Cream the butter and cream cheese until soft.
Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks and orange extract. Add flour and salt.
Mix and chill dough 10 minutes.
Pack into cookie gun and make desired shapes.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Makes 5 dozen.
