Aunt Patsy'S Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    6 slightly beaten eggs
    6 slices cubed white bread
    1 c. grated cheddar
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    2 c. whole or 2% milk
Preparation
    Cook pork and place evenly in bottom of a 13x9-inch dish. Layer bread cubes on top of pork.
    Mix together eggs, cheese, mustard and milk.
    Add salt and pepper to season.
    Pour mixture over bread and pork.
    Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes, or until eggs are slightly brown on top.
