Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
16 oz. canned pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin.
Mix and set aside. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mix.
Add water.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
