Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. crushed unsweetened pineapple and juice
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add sugar and oil to beaten eggs.
    Add zucchini and vanilla and mix.
    Mix dry ingredients and fold into zucchini mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for 1 hour or until done.
    Makes two medium-size loaves.
