Chicken Breast Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts, cut crosswise in 8 slices and pounded thin
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
4 thin slices cooked ham or Prosciutto
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Mix flour with salt and pepper.
Match pairs of chicken slices so they are equal size and shape.
Layer each of 4 slices of chicken with 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham.
Top with matching slices of chicken, pressing edges to seal.
