Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
    Set aside. Combine all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured cake pan (round or oblong).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
    May also be baked in greased and floured bread tins, or as cupcakes.
