Apricot Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. oleo
    12 oz. white chocolate
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    3/4 c. dried apricots, diced
Preparation
    Boil sugar, sour cream and oleo 7 minutes.
    Stir in chocolate until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 9-inch square buttered dish or pan and cool.
