Jamaican Jungle Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. 3 Minute brand quick oats
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts, almonds or pecans), toasted
1 c. mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients.
Add all at once the remaining ingredients.
Do not overmix.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
(Glaze if desired.)
