Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, vanilla and shredded zucchini.
    Mix all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat until moist.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
