Summertime Corn Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 c. corn, cut from the cob
    1/4 c. milk
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon in 19-inch skillet until crisp.
    Drain, reserving fat.
    Return 1 tablespoon fat to skillet.
    Add corn and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Stir in milk; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add eggs, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir until set. Serve topped with bacon and cheese.
