Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (12 oz.) apple juice concentrate
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 sliced apples
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Roll half the pastry and fit into pie pan.
    Mix apple juice, tapioca, spices, salt and apples.
    Pour into unbaked crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with a pie shell.
    Make slit in top of crust to allow steam to escape.
    Bake at 365\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
