Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless round steak
    1 tsp. lemon-pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and salt.
    Cut into 4 x 1/2-inch strips.
    Dip steak in buttermilk.
    Dredge in flour.
    Brown steak on both sides in hot oil in a large skillet.
    Drain well.
    Yields 4 servings.
