Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
    1 c. milk
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 eggs
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place milk in pan on medium heat with 1 stick margarine.
    Let melt.
    Mix the warm water and yeast.
    Dissolve and set aside.
    Mix flour, oatmeal, potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk and yeast. Roll out and top with sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Roll like a jelly roll. Cut in thin slices and place in baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until done. Drizzle with powdered sugar, water and vanilla.
