Zucchini Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Salt the zucchini slices and cook until tender. Drain well. Beat together the eggs, sour cream and pepper.
    Place zucchini in a 1-quart casserole. Add 1/4 cup cheese to egg mixture and pour over zucchini. Dot with margarine and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
