Chocolate Almond Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
5 oz. bittersweet chocolate
Preparation

Toast almonds that were put in processor until crumbly. (Almonds should be toasted in a 400\u00b0 oven until brown.) Mix with 1/2 cup sugar, almond extract and melted butter.
Press in a spring-form pan that is sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
